In latin, Relatus means to restore, repay and return. We work with individuals to help better their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. We refine and develop soft, social and emotional skills and work with you to create strategies that are implemented to align with career and business outcomes to ensure success.
We’ve always specialised in relationships, starting with business networking skills through to managing complex networks of stakeholders.
We've evolved since our founding in 2005, with our focus on giving you the human advantage for the future. We believe our capability development programs coupled with our advisory services, will improve your teams confidence, communication and credibility.

Julia Palmer
CEO & FOUNDER
Julia grew up with travel agents as parents, so was lucky enough to explore the world from a young age and developed a keen interest in sociology (micro and macro), psychology, neurology and the science that bridges them.
Her expertise includes over 20 years of practice and research combined with Advanced Certifications in Neuro-linguistics, Emotional Intelligence (Genos & MSCEIT), Performance Consulting, Training and Assessment.
She has authored three books 'Relationship Networks- The Future of Business', ‘Schmoozing the Globe’ and ‘BUZZ’ and appears regularly in TV, Radio and Print Media promoting the growing importance of networking relationships in business today.
Jell Cabanero
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Jell brings an adventurous persona, with a decade-long journey of enriching lives through education, she has honed a unique blend of compassion, cultural understanding, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections.
Her expertise includes collaborative planning, relationship management, and administration. She is committed to fostering profound impacts and endeavors to enrich minds and hearts, forging meaningful bonds through shared experiences.
While holding a degree in education, she pursues further academic enrichment through her ongoing pursuit of a Master's degree.

MR GREG PALMER
Greg Palmer is the Director, Leadership and Learning at Deloitte
He is the recipient of various HRIA awards, is a registered Psychologist and has a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
His other areas of expertise include Behavioural Assessment, Performance Management and Career Development, Sales Capability and Corporate Health and Wellbeing.
Greg’s passion lies in applying the principles of Positive Psychology and a Strengths Based Approach.

Since Ebbinghaus and his pioneering experiential studies of the memory, we know that we tend to forget 80% of what we have learned within 30 days if there is no attempt to retain the new knowledge. Therefore, frequent short bursts of content are much more effective than one-off learning interventions or ‘binge’ learning. Active recall after a few days or spaced repetition of content nuggets ensures a dramatic increase in knowledge retention and most importantly - behavioural change.
